Dear Delta and CocaCola , quit apologizing when you did nothing wrong. Anybody that complained about a damn napkin is someone looking for stuff to complain about because they lead sad little lives. Sheesh.

I am growing tired of this pattern to have to apologize for everything. Soon every ad, campaign, will have to be complaint-proof and lose all originality. Sad.
