The strengthened policy adds another layer of protection for passengers who are already mostly required to wear masks while on flights, during boarding and in Delta waiting areas. If they don't comply, they face being banned from future flights."We encourage customers who are prevented from wearing a mask due to a health condition to reconsider travel," the statement said.
And American Airlines has asked all passengers — with the exception of children and those with disabilities or medical reasons that prevent them from wearing masks — to use face coverings while on the plane. Delta CEO Ed Bastian said in a memo to employees last month that the airline had already"banned some passengers from future travel on Delta for refusing to wear masks on board.
So is it masks or maybe masks? Anybody can get a drs note. I’m just going to play my Xbox. The one delta told me to buy with my union dues. United said they would let me know if flight is mostly full. Like that’s an advantage. I’m on a schedule too.
Do they care if you take the mask off after takeoff?
Just have them sign COVID contracts. Make sure they understand that they can not sue Delta if they catch COVID on the flight.
I have diminished lung capacity. I could probably get a mask waiver. What I would probably do instead is wear a C-pap as I also have sleep apnea. That way I'm getting the air I need, people protected from me and I'm being protected from them. Otherwise, Delta has a point.
omg, just kick them off. It is a bullshit excuse. Can you fly without a seatbelt? no. Can you fly naked? no. Just say NO. No mask, no seat.
The screening takes up to an hour by telemed and is required the day before every flight if you insist on not wearing a mask. Just wear a fucking mask and save yourself an hour. More importantly, you're helping to save lives too.
Delta Why not put all non-masked people on a plane together It would be a more logical approach since they seem so invincible and they all have 'health problems'. What's the harm

Liberals next agenda to legalize 👶🏼🍕👶🏼🍕👶🏼
To be honest this can be a real dilemma for airlines... they're struggling with business in the first place and now they have to risk whether to lose more customers (as Delta have, just look at some comments) or to risk an outbreak on their airline.
