The hell? Really? Kids are not effected at all by it and also same for adults.

Daylight Savings Time not only affects your children it is also confusing to your pets because they get up every morning based upon their habit not a Clock-It would take about 2 weeks in the Fall to train my labs that I expected to get an extra hour of sleep- Creatures of Habit
