The Browns will be without Sunday's hero for their game against the Houston Texans.

Deshaun Watson excited to make Browns debut; declines non-football questions in 1st interview since Aug. 18

With Njoku’s absence, Harrison Bryant will step into the No. 1 tight end role. This season, Bryant has 23 catches for 179 yards. He also has one touchdown that he scored against the Dolphins, when he stepped into the same role for an injured Njoku. . It is the second time in as many seasons that Newsome suffered a concussion on a Friday and sat out at least two games.
