“It will be decades before you ever see someone in my genre as proficient as me. I am a maybe once-in-a-lifetime talent.”

among Netflix staff who accused the comic of transphobia and denounced the company for continuing to provide him a platform. It also led to a significant push-and-pull related to this very special. After delays and some public head-scratching, all parties have agreed to dub the auditorium the Theatre for Artistic Freedom & Expression.

by many students. Never one to shy away from an argument, the comic tussled a bit with his hecklers. To some of the angry teens he said “I’m better than every instrumentalist, artist, no matter what art you do in this school, right now, I’m better than all of you. I’m sure that will change. I’m sure you’ll be household names soon.”runs 40 minutes, and includes stories from the 48-year-old's days at the D.C.

I watched it. Very self-serving and narcissistic. I’m sure there were valid points too, but let’s see how he reacts to blackface & see if he oppresses white supremacists against their artistic freedom.

Perhaps a bit of an over reaction to their overreactions, but Dave is a comic, and extreme positions are part of the package.

Done with him every since he made the so called joke about Michael Jackson and kids getting molested.

Can you imagine if the queer kids that criticize Chapelle actually how old the amount of power he claims they do that would be crazy

Louis is at least as good

Who will cheer m up?

He’s humble too apparently

Oh come ON

Anyone who actually watches his special would see that he PAYS TRIBUTE to a trans fan of his that committed suicide, highlighting mental health and the struggle of accepting oneself. Nothing makes the left look worse than the backlash against Chapelle.

In all seriousness Charlie Murphy was the best part of the Chappelle show and Dave has not said one joke that people remember since then, no matter how much Netflix pays him

Weird thing for someone who hasn’t been good in 20 years to say

Dave is very good but could use a dose of humility.

hilarious ego

Only the best say they about themselves

I am so glad to NOT be a Netflix subscriber, whew.

Dude… just… stop
