I'm so sorry for what this family is going through but to me it's very clear...the cop had his headlights on but the little boy swerved right in front of the vehicle.
Police just assume that everyone will get out of the way, even when they don't start the sirens nor the flashing lights... just speeding down the road in residential areas. 👍
Uh oh, here fake news go, back to putting stereotypes against police officers. Sorry but everyone knows that not all police officers are good. We have some good cops as well as bad ones. You just have to figure out how to weed them out.
Tragic situation for all involved, however I don’t understand how the officer anyone thinks the officer was at fault. Regardless of not running his lights and sirens, the boy turned into the path of a vehicle. Any car in that situation would if ended in the same result
They are suing the city because they were not watching there child
