A DART contract driver was arrested Tuesday night on an accusation that he sexually assaulted a passenger with a mental disability, Garland police said Wednesday.
Garland police said they learned June 6 that a 23-year-old woman had been picked up from her home in Garland and taken to her job. Evidence showed that Lemma sexually assaulted her during the trip, police said.
