KTLA As a producer, Alec was responsible to make sure the crew was staffed properly. The crew had a part-time armorer who had other duties besides firearm safety. Bad staffing decision by producer(s). Person died because of it. He's not a scapegoat.

He pointed the gun and PULLED THE TRIGGER. No one else is responsible but him. And if the scene didn’t require the pulling of the trigger we need to look at first degree murder charges here.
Scapegoats usually miss the target and then get blamed? …. Alec Baldwin clearly didn’t miss…and should be serving time for murder….
