The filing also states that Schneider “was not complicit in the abuse, condemned the abuse once it was discovered and, critically, was not a child sexual abuser himself.
” The producer is seeking unspecified damages and a court order forcing producers to remove allegedly defamatory portions of the docuseries or have it completely taken down, as well as a trial.
