Dallas police are seeking the public’s help to identify a car and suspects in connection with a homicide last summer, releasing video footage related to the shooting Thursday.The vehicle is described as a dark four-door sedan with a “very loud, distinctive exhaust sound” when it is driving, police said.
Two people got out of the car and began shooting at a parked vehicle, police said, which was occupied by Oudems and another man, who was wounded.Police said Oudems died at the scene and the wounded man was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
