Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is not expected to participate in the team's spring workout program. Lamb has one year remaining on his contract and will become a free agent in 2025.

When the Cowboys begin their spring workout program Monday at The Star, there is almost no chance Lamb will show up to partake.

and will be a free agent in 2025 as things stand. There was a slim, slim chance that Micah Parsons would get a contract making him the highest-paid pass rusher in the game. Slim only because he has two years to go on his rookie deal, but the Cowboys did it with Ezekiel Elliott in 2019 when he skipped camp and they caved. Perhaps the fact they regretted it almost immediately as Elliott began to decline ruled out even the slightest chance of advancing the timetable with Parsons.

I‘m no expert on the numbers but you can figure Lamb should get around $140 million for four years — something averaging at least $35 million because the big deals signed two years ago went to Miami’s Tyreek Hill for $30 million a season, Raiders’ Davante Adams for $28 million and Rams’ Cooper Kupp for $26.7 million.
