'We like our young guys,'' Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett said. 'We're trying to develop those guys. We feel like they made progress.'

There will be video footage available for teams that will not send someone for self-evaluation of Kaepernick. The video will be a backup plan for the Cowboys, who have Dak Prescott as its starting quarterback.

Head coach Jason Garrett of the Dallas Cowboys and quarterback Colin Kaepernick #7 of the San Francisco 49ers shake hands following the NFL game at AT&T Stadium on September 7, 2014 in Arlington, Texas. The 49ers defeated the Cowboys 28-17.Kaepernick's upcoming workout at the Atlanta Falcons' training facility has been the most-talked about topic in the NFL this week—prior to the on-field melee between Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns Thursday night, of course.

🤔 Jerry Jones, .dallascowboys’ owner, doesn’t truly like his players (or anyone that work for him) to exercise their freedom of speech rights. shameful

Surprise, surprise!! Their loss. I guess the the first Amendment in the constitution is not applicable to everyone. When you are however, intimidating a witness during her testimony, yeah, that is freedom of speech.

Cowboys: we'll hire criminals all day, but a peaceful protestor? GTFOH! That would offend our redneck fan base.

No, they aren’t.

Dallas includes a 'Must Stand for the National Anthem' clause in their contracts.

I’d like to see him get smashed in the head with his own helmet. So ya let him back in..

What about the 7 other teams? There is are 32 teams total.

It's nothing more than a a publicity stunt. Besides, even if Colin Kapernick never plays a game again, he will long be remembered for advancing the Civil Rights movement is America.

Tell them we're not interested in them either..and probably wont ever be..GO NINERS!!

Including the Pelican Bay Stonebreakers.

He wouldn’t be subservient enough for the Dallas owner

About time.

Are they really? I find that very hard to believe. Good job Cowboys. People like Kaepernick should be made destitute for the lies he spreads with his platform.
