How Much Of This Will Our Kids Actually Remember?Their lives have been turned upside down by the COVID-19 pandemic. How long will that stick with them? I'm hoping less in their generation will be anti-vaccinations. They got to see first hand WHY vaccines are needed. Their lives did not really need to be turned upside down by this. CoVid-19 was a threat yes... but not anywhere near one like measles and polio before vaccines by far. We could have kept them in school with certain things like screening for fevers, making them wear masks, etc. The thought of toddlers through eight years realizing they can’t play outside, can’t play with friends, can’t hug Granny and Grandpa is tough. How much learning and socialization will they lose? How do you look at a 2 y o with a mask on? How do you even keep it on him?
