If convicted, 49-year-old Clois Glenn Raborn faces up to 30 years in federal prison, the U.S. attorney’s office says.A Dallas-Fort Worth radio DJ was charged with producing child pornography Wednesday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas announced.on KEGL-FM , was charged Wednesday and made his first court appearance Thursday afternoon, the U.S. attorney’s office said.
The investigation started in March 2021 when Raborn’s roommate discovered explicit images of children on Raborn’s laptop, the office said. According to the criminal complaint, authorities searched the laptop and found images of who they believe to be Raborn “allegedly engaging in sexual conduct with a young child.”
The child’s mother was able to confirm her daughter’s identity using the photos and told law enforcement she also recognized Raborn’s hand in some of them, according to the U.S. attorney’s office. The woman estimated that her daughter was 4 to 6 years old when the photos were taken, the office said.The U.S. Secret Service’s Dallas field office and Euless police conducted the investigation..
