Students and staff in the Washington D.C. public school system will need to test negative for COVID-19 in order to return to the classrooms from winter break next Wednesday.

Oh but their is a shortage of testing available, and as of today, rapid tests may not work, so yes definitely mandate that non symptomatic kids clog the system to get PCR tests. Add that to the fact that they can be - today and + tomorrow. Ughh
