Been a CVS customer 4 over 20 yrs. Music-on-hold recording hasn’t changed in that time - not just music, actual recording. Quality has deteriorated substantially w/ scratches, “white noise,” blank spots, etc. Music is Liberace-ish piano, w/ every trill & flourish imaginable.
Thank goodness!! It’s the worst tune-not music. I’ve been on hold listening to the one little tune. I complained to a few people. I would like to think they listened. Haha.
Well - that was an in-depth mind-changing story I'm glad that ABC brought to me.
