He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.Prosecutors had asked the court to allow evidence of 19 incidents of uncharged alleged conduct to be introduced in the case in order to establish a pattern of behavior. Judge Curtis Farber ruled that only two of those witnesses be allowed to testify. More women are accusing Cuba Gooding Jr.
