According to authorities, 53-year-old Sylvester Adams is facing two felony charges, including one for attempted murder, in connection with the shooting, which took place at approximately 2 a.m. at the 95Police say that Adams, a CTA customer assistant, got into an argument and then a physical altercation with Jeremy Begay.
During that altercation, Adams opened fire, striking Begay three times. He was rushed to an area hospital, where he is still being treated for his injuries.
