Criminal charge in Dallas against Prosper ISD board member no-billed

Wilborn was elected to the board in 2021. Prosper ISD officials confirmed Wilborn’s resignation the day after his arrest in January 2023, noting it wasn’t believed that a student in the district was involved in the allegations.that the girl said occurred at Antioch Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Dallas became public after his arrest. Wilborn, who was an executive pastor at the church, was fired from the church.

The case against Wilborn was no-billed by a Dallas County grand jury in November, a spokesperson with the district attorney’s office confirmed Monday. This means the jury decided there was not enough evidence for to indict Wilborn, and the case won’t proceed to trial.he is running for the board again because he is “no stranger to the role nor requirements of being an effective trustee.
