Note that it is rather fussy IMHO and I'm not sure I'm going to bother with it ... but *this* pastry recipe is indeed a winner!This is nothing but a standard Rugelach dough; it's been well know forever, and is quite well known.

I love using processor for making the crust. Added about 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary for savory flavor -- used for apple tart. Wonderful flavor.Used on pot pies, with a little pepper added to the dough while mixing, it was very good. But used as pie crust, with a little sugar added to the dough, the bottom of the crust seemed a little undercooked. I know how to bake, this just didn't work well.
