Hot summer temperatures are just around the corner, and nothing collects heat like the roof over your head. When it's 90 degrees outside, a dark roof will reach temperatures as high as 150 degrees. That means your AC has to work a lot harder to keep your house cool. That burns energy and costs you money. That's why CPS Energy will pay you a rebate as an incentive to install a cool roof. What makes a roof cool? Style and looks have nothing to do with it.

Who's eligible? If you're a CPS customer and your home has a working central air system or window units, you're eligible.
