NEW: World Health Organization and China release long-awaited joint report into the origins of COVID-19, pointing to transmission from bats to another animal and subsequently to humans as the most likely way the pandemic began.

Many of the report's conclusions were already discussed during a press conference back in February, at the conclusion of the weeks-long investigation. Reaching a definitive conclusion about the virus' origins might take years, or might not be possible at all."You're trying to reconstruct events from year and a half ago with incomplete sampling and data," Lipkin explained."We may never know exactly what happened."

"We've still not found the source of Ebola virus outbreaks after many years of looking," he added."It's not easy." This theory proposes that the virus was transmitted from an original animal host to an intermediate host, such as a minks, pangolins, rabbits, raccoon dogs, domesticated cats, civets or ferret badgers, and then directly infected humans through live contact with the second animal.The"cold-chain" theory suggests that transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from animals to humans might have happened through contaminated frozen food.

"No firm conclusion therefore about the role of the Huanan market in the origin of the outbreak, or how the infection was introduced into the market, can currently be drawn," according to the report. While the new report is important, Racaniello said,"It doesn't change much, except to tell the people who have conspiracy theories or accident theories that it's not true.

I don’t believe it! Those animals have been handled and/or consumed for centuries in certain cultures, but Covid happens just now? In a city where it’s being created in a lab? Bull!

Wow! Too many ignorant people will believe these complete lies--- their lab has been working with THAT virus and others for years! Total lie!

Cmon....Just stop with the bullshit already!! So draining listening to the same lies over and over 💩💩💩💩

From but to ANOTHER ANIMAL!!! Come on ... You know it, everyone knows it; Chinese infected the world 🌎🌍

Gain of function research

I don't believe report, WHO , China work hand in hand .

So when is the World sending China the bill

I have my doubts. These quickly mutations is too strange.

That’s simply nottrue. Here we go again, let’s deflect from the the actual facts. There is no credible research / evidence that this is the case. BTW I believe Gates has made a very large donation to WHO for millions of dollars. Follow the money & u will find the truth

If China agrees then it’s the wrong answer, the virus came from their own lab.

COVID miracles: 3 healthy patients who nearly died from COVID-19 speak outWhat has been less visible in many cases is the lives doctors and other medical staff have saved -- sometimes in dramatic fashion and over the course of many months in some cases. In April 2020, Krakower, the psychiatry unit chief at Zucker Hillside Hospital, in Glen Oaks, New York, had chills so intense that he had to jump into the shower to warm up. Krakower first realized he might be experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 days later when he lost his sense of taste and smell. I’m not afraid. 👇
