Same in Greece. The unvaccinated health workers are 5.8% and were fired from their jobs without being paid. If they are vaccinated, they can return to their jobs. All vaccination appeals failed. We teachers are 90% vaccinated

That's nothing new. When politicians impose new draconian laws like the bump stock ban and now the vaccine mandates. Courts tend to defend those measures no matter how blatantly wrong and unconstitutional the measures are. This pandemic has shown us that we need to clean house.
Amazingly they had no objection to the other mandatory vaccines they already took. Interesting how it’s only the Covid vaccine that infringes on “Mah rahts!!”
