The talk show revealed co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Sunny Hostin tested positive for COVID-19 while other co-hosts said the illness also interrupted their winter break.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK - NOVEMBER 29: Actress Whoopi Goldberg attends Prostate Cancer Research Foundation's 25th New York Dinner at The Plaza on November 29, 2021 in New York City. ABC’s "The View" returned from its winter break announcing COVID-19 woes that co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Sunny Hostin tested positive for the virus.

Hostin also revealed she tested positive for the virus and had to isolate herself over the holidays after coming down with cold-like symptoms. Hostin added her mother tested positive as well. Hostin lost both her mother and father-in-law to COVID-19 in 2020. Last September, Vice President Kamala Harris’ live interview on "The View" was abruptly delayed after Hostin and Navarro learned they had tested positive for COVID-19 moments before Harris was to join them on the set. It later turned out that their test results were false positives.

‘I could barely move’ - Seahawks’ Tyler Lockett describes difficult COVID-19 battleSeattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett missed the team’s road game against the Los Angeles Rams after testing positive for COVID-19, marking his first gameday absence since his leg fracture... So happy he is better, pretty scary stuff, especially having an underlying condition as Lockett has. May his story convince someone to get vaccinated and/or boostered, saving a life or lives. Glad he’s much better. COVID isn’t to be taken lightly or assume if become infected, it will be “mild.” I sure hope everyone else on team is boostered. Please, please be vigilant you all! This is why the entire get vaxxed plan is a joke. He was vaxxed and was very I'll. I never got vaxxed got very I'll and now gave mad anti bodies. Been close to peeps with new variant and nothing. Natural immunity is king
