Court records: Indianapolis man killed in shooting referred to suspect as 'brother'

Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana allows Indianapolis residents to share anonymous tips with law enforcement.When police arrived at a convenience store on Indianapolis’ northwest side, Da Kylen Treyon Malix White had bullet wounds on the right side of his head and his car was still in drive.

A second man exited from the driver’s side backseat of the vehicle. The footage next showed Beverly thrust his arm through the open passenger window on the front of the vehicle moments before White was shot, according to the affidavit. Photos from the Instagram page matched the suspected shooter in the surveillance video, investigators said.
