Councilman Marc Whyte's first appearance for DWI charge rescheduled again, set for May 14

Councilman Marc Whyte on Tuesday was scheduled to make his first court appearance on a charge of driving while intoxicated — but his defense attorney punted for the second time this year. Whyte, who was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving on Dec. 29, is now scheduled to appear in Bexar County Court 11 on May 14. The District 10 councilman's arraignment was originally slated for Jan.
