Leaning Into The Great Resignation

Is it time to reevaluate the importance of people, the impact of their contributions and the skills they possess that businesses rely on for success? The answer to all of these is yes.As a company CEO and president, I too have had to re-evaluate what I am doing as a leader and what our company is doing for its employees. I recommend each business owner and company leadership team do the same.

First, ask yourself if your staff are given even close to the same level of benefits that you receive as a company executive — does their role match their reward? Are current compensation levels competitive or even attractive? Where can you make meaningful changes to overall compensation packages that inspire employees to invest their time into your company’s goals, objectives and performance indicators?
