Update 4:15 p.m. - PennDOT confirmed a motorcyclist was killed in a multi-vehicle crash that is keeping traffic at a standstill.
Traffic heading northbound on I-83 near the border between York and Cumberland counties has come to a standstill following a collision, according to PennDOT traffic cameras. The incident was called in at 11:21 a.m. as a motorcycle crash, according to York County 911 dispatch records, occurring between exit 36 and exit 35 .
