Stepfon Jiggetts, 25, used a dating app to lure the victim to his home in June 2019, according to Attorney General Kwame Raoul.
Once the victim arrived, Jiggetts got into the victim's vehicle and asked the victim to drive him to a nearby gas station. When the pair returned to Jiggetts' home, Jiggetts and an unidentified person began attacking the victim to get the individual out of the car.The next morning, the stolen car was found being driven by Jiggetts, which prompted a police chase. Jiggetts crashed the vehicle, leading to a foot chase before his arrest.
