Construction has kicked off on an Addison mixed-use development with new retail.
Triten Real Estate is redeveloping the property to include 135,000 square feet of office space and 81,500 square feet of retail facing Belt Line Road just east of the Dallas North Tollway. The buildings will be connected by a new central park and green space. Triten Real Estate Partners is developing the Addison project in partnership with Catlyn Capital. O’Brien Architects, SMR Landscape Architects and Studio DWG designed the development at 5494 Belt Line Road.
“Our vision for Work/Shop, starting with the name, is an offering for tenants and visitors to benefit from a curated community experience through outdoor green space, golf course views, walkable retail, structured parking and a high-end theater experience in the heart of Dallas,” said John Hardaway, Dallas partner at Triten Real Estate Partners.
