Column: The bad science behind Trump's chloroquine claims

Trump says he won’t cooperate with bailout oversight, so what is he hiding?

Chloroquine is by no means a benign drug. It’s known to have contributed to macular degeneration, which can cause blindness. Like other patients, Jennifer Herrera is required to be examined by an ophthalmologist every six months while she’s taking the medication., these have already surfaced in France among patients treated with chloroquine. The French drug safety agency ANSM says it already has three deaths under investigation.

Dr. Mehmet Oz, left, appeared on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show to promote Didier Raoult’s research, but got it wrong.

hiltzikm The left is sick no doubt. Take the name Trump out and they would be all in with this to help the people but since the Trump name is there, to hell the people who may benefit.

hiltzikm Stop the liberal propaganda b.s.

hiltzikm It may or may not work, but experts have lots of doubts. Anecdotes are not real clinical trials. A-S

hiltzikm Not to the fool in WhiteHouse

hiltzikm That sounds a heck of a lot like Chinese government propaganda. South Korea, France, Australia have all demonstrated favorable results. In addition, the export of this drug is being stopped in India, China and elsewhere. Why? Because it DOESN’T work? Please.

hiltzikm And when the trial data comes out and is deemed effective. What's your responsibility for people refusing it's use.

hiltzikm 1. Early detection, 2. early isolation, 3. early treatment, 4. cutting off the chain of infection, 5. collaboration across regions

hiltzikm Why should I trust a columnist over world reknown doctors? 🥱

hiltzikm Excess of it will damage liver.

hiltzikm My sister, who has lupus, just called in tears, she cannot get her medication, and she is in pain. Thank you, FakePresident POS.

hiltzikm TEST IT ON TRUMP

President Trumps act presidential....April Fools!

the facts in this article are completely distorted when comparing with Italian, German and French articles. Sample sizes, evaluation methods and progress of testing are described unilaterally differently in all other papers than it is portrayed here. Shame!

Science? We don’t need any science! goplogic americanskeepdying

President Trump Seems to Have a Problem With Yamiche Alcindor. Why Is That? The president has attacked Yamiche Alcindor, the White House correspondent for PBS Newshour, in ways that some observers suggest may have to do with her gender and race.
