How Mitt Romney gets 'Medicare for all' — and the U.S. healthcare system — dead wrong.

An anti-spending group issues some scary numbers about Medicare for all, but leaves out some key considerations.

The US spends more on healthcare than any other developed country yet lags behind on life expectancy. Lines track changes in spending from 1970 to 2015. The insurers dictate what procedures patients may undergo, how long they can stay in the hospital or receive outpatient therapy, and whether their prescriptions are covered.

The piece is dishonest. Romney is telling the truth.

How about Medicare for everyone except the current crop of retirees?

If anything, the LA Times presents selected facts and half-truths, and is dead wrong itself while in zealous pursuit of supporting socialized medicine. It will bankrupt the middle class.

My Step-dad was a Canadian doctor for 25 years. There were wait times for non-emergency surgery of up to 60 days. Of course, he preferred the Canadian system, but there were some compromises that must be mentioned if one wants to be truthful about socialized medicine.

No way? Mitt and the GOP don’t want to help working class people? Well now I’ve heard everything. /s MedicareForAll

A seriously confused man.
