Columbus Weather: Workweek ends on a wet note

The rain will then break up some in the afternoon/evening into a few isolated pockets. A few rumbles of thunder are possible, but severe weather is not likely. We will warm to around 75 today and it will be humid. A stray shower or two possible tonight and Saturday, but not widespread. We will start Saturday morning around 62 then warm to a high around 80 with mostly to partly cloudy skies and a 40% chance of rain tomorrow.

Sunday and early next week we will have bountiful sunshine with just a few clouds bubbling up in the afternoons. We will warm to a high of 84 on Sunday then 86 Monday followed by 87 on Tuesday. Record highs are in the lower 90s for the coming days, so record high temps are not in jeopardy. We will also be a tad humid to make it feel a couple degrees warmer. There is a very slim chance of rain returning late Tuesday, but a better chance of rain returns next Wednesday.
