Housing prices no question are playing a role in these trends.

Too expensive. Can't afford to live there on the current wages in this economy. California 2.0 unfortunately.

Yeah because it cost half a million for a 2bed/1.5 bath with no yard or garage with street parking.

When you can’t afford a basic apartment, food, transportation and make at least $60k who the hell would want to live here. Then mix in having your car stolen or end up on a train with a bunch of junkies. Looking at GovofCO 👀

Well, when you have to make at least $60k to comfortably live in a 1 bedroom basic apt in Denver metro, there will be some movement. People have to be tapped out on housing $. Something has to give.. wages or housing costs..which will it be? I feel for the young just starting out.

I see we’re following California’s example here too haha

... NoShitSherlock , the rich have won.

DemsDeliver

Democrats have ruined this state! Mix that with Biden's economy and it had become a financial nightmare for many. The low income community will be devastated by the end of Biden's term. Dems ruin it and then come in with printed money to save the day. That is about to stop.
