Go Jimmy Go.

hblodget CNN can send someone else. They are not being blocked Acosta is!

Is Avenatti your lawyer 🤣

hblodget I usually like your stuff, but this piece states CNN is considering a suit and has filed a suit. Which is it? PS-I hope they sue and lose. If they somehow were to win, the WH would never call on him again.

hblodget For manners are legally insignificant.

Good stuff

Good luck with that Jimbo.

Journalists think they are so dignified in their profession... that's bullshit. They are ALL nothing more than paparazzi, looking for scoops, angles, soundbites.... just so they get viewership. If they were honest, they would agree that THAT is their motive with every story.

The White House can revoke anyones credentials, especially a sassy know-it-all wisely looking to bait the President at every press conference... he's a major distraction and aggravator. NIX Sue the White House... great going CNN, that should work well for your biz

CNN and Acosta will lose. There is no Constitutional Right to attend a Press Conference. But leftwing organizations don't mind wasting taxpayer money to pursue their ends. politics

'Trump lashed out at Acosta, ignoring his question about an immigrant caravan headed for the border to call him a 'rude, terrible person.'' This is NOT what happened. FakeNews

Take it to the Supreme Court 😂

Go for it! Hammer down Jim!!!

& CNN Acosta WILL win that suit! & the very next day that Jim's is back in the WH, WILL BE LIT!

The Latest: White House writing up rules for reportersWASHINGTON (AP) — The Latest on the legal challenge to the White House's decision to strip CNN reporter Jim Acosta of his White House press credentials (all times local): 1:20 p.m. President Donald Trump says the White House is 'writing up rules and regulations' for reporters after a judge ordered the administration to restore credentials for CNN reporter Jim Acosta. Trump told reporters Friday that 'people have to behave.' He added that if journalists 'don't listen to the rules and regulations, we will end up back in court and we will win.' Asked what he meant by rules and regulations, Trump said: 'Decorum. You can't take three questions and four questions. And just stand up and not sit down.' Trump said he wants 'total freedom of the press,' but added 'you have to act with respect.' The White House said Friday that it would 'temporarily reinstate' the credentials that were revoked after Acosta and Trump tangled during a press conference last week. 12:40 p.m. CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta says all he wants to do is go back to work covering 'the guy in there,' referring to President Donald Trump. More than 50 members of the White House press corps greeted Acosta as he strode through the northwest gate of the presidential compound. A federal judge on Friday ordered the administration to restore the credentials that were revoked after Acosta and Trump tangled during a press conference last week. Acosta says journalists need to know that in the United States their First Amendment rights and freedom of the press 'are sacred' and protected by the Constitution. He says he's grateful for the judge's ruling, that it was a test and he thinks the media passed the test. Acosta says: 'This is just any other day at the White House for me and I would like to get back to work.' I guess reporters will not be permitted ask any questions. They will be expected to listen respectfully as Porkobello and Sanders spew more lies. It will just be another photo-op for the WH with reporters as props. Precedent was set in the Sherrill v Knight case in the 70s. Any trumpies with reading comprehension should look it up. WASTE OF TIME POTUS-THE JUDGE WILL DECIDE

The Latest: Judge delays ruling over White House press passWASHINGTON (AP) — The Latest on the legal challenge to the White House's decision to strip CNN reporter Jim Acosta of his White House press credentials (all times local): 1:15 p.m. A federal judge has delayed until Friday a ruling on whether the Trump administration has to return the White House press credentials of CNN reporter Jim Acosta. U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Kelly isn't offering any explanation for delaying a ruling that had been expected Thursday afternoon. He's set a court date for 10 a.m. Friday. Kelly is a Trump appointee who heard arguments Wednesday from lawyers representing CNN and the Justice Department. The news network is seeking an immediate restraining order that would force the White House to hand back Acosta's credentials, which grant reporters as-needed access to the 18-acre complex. Acosta has clashed repeatedly with Trump and press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders in briefings over the last two years. The White House revoked the pass following a combative press conference last week, a day after Republicans lost control of the House in midterm elections. WHY!? Trump appointed Judge 👍

The White House revoked Acosta's pass after a news conference clash with President Donald Trump. A federal judge issued a temporary order restoring Acosta's pass last week. The White House quickly sent Acosta a letter threatening to take it away again when that order expired Acosta CNN Trump is just using this as a distraction.
