It will be the coolest, wettest day of the work week, as low pressure hangs off the coast of Delmarva, funneling easterly winds into the Susquehanna Valley. Low pressure will slowly move northeast Thursday, leading to lingering clouds and showers. Highs will rebound to the low 70s. 3-day rain totals will be around 0.50' in most areas.Friday is looking drier now, with highs in the mid-70s.
