NYC Pride didn’t end when Christina Aguilera headlined a Pride Island closing show at the Brooklyn Army Terminal with Adam Lambert.
Aguilera later hosted a private afterparty for her team, and Lambert, we hear, at Flatiron hotspot DOM.Jeff Krauss of hospitality outfit IE Group organized the intimate afterparty, catered by Novita restaurant.Owner Albert Trummer’s mixologist son, Jakob, made vodka cocktails and a champagne tower for the party before guests hit the dance floor.Aguilera hosted the party at DOM in New York’s Flatiron District.
Lambert, who performed “Lady Marmalade” with Aguilera at the concert, also stopped by the party, and, “they spent a long time chatting on the couch together,” a source said.And while she’s obviously no Marsha P. Johnson or Sylvia Rivera, the “Beautiful” hitmaker has clearly earned her stripes as a gay icon.
