Jeremy Lee, president of the Rose Pak Democratic Club — the progressive Chinatown community organization running Peskin’s Portsmouth Square rally — called Tan “unhinged” and cited his history of “encouraging violence” and “spreading vitriol” as reason for the group’s concerns.
