Trump administration officials have said they expected the talks with Beijing, which stalled out earlier this year amid disputes over a possible trade deal, to resume next month.

Chinese Vice Premier Liu He will be representing the delegation from Beijing, one of the people told CNBC. Trump administration officials have said they expected the talks with Beijing, which stalled out earlier this year amid disputes over a possible trade deal,

Let’s hope someone can explain by then, why we, the taxpayers, lost $28B in funding elsewhere when the WH administration doled out $28B to his farmers while the farmers sold 720,000 (seven hundred thousand) tons of soybeans in the past two weeks.
