BEIJING - China’s fiscal revenues in the first seven months of the year rose 3.1% from a year earlier, the Ministry of Finance said on Friday. Fiscal expenditures for the January-July period increased 9.9% on an annual basis, the ministry said in a statement on its website.

WTF. Why didn't mention their total expenditure is ¥13.8 Trillion, up 9.9% year-on-year? Really Misleading.

China isn't as transparent as our economy, so it's impossible to know what they present is true or not.
