According to the Noblesville Pollice Department, a child was transported to the hospital for evaluation after being struck by a vehicle at about 3 p.m. near North Elementary School.

According to Noblesville Police Department, the child was riding their bicycle across 10th Street when they collided with a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt that was turning south onto 10th Street from Monument Street.

The bike rider didn't just magically collide with a car. Since the *driver* was making a turn onto the street the bicyclist was crossing it is highly likely the driver hit the bicyclist as the bike rider was crossing the street, not the other way around. Do better.
