Chicago's real estate market is red hot on the South Side

CHICAGO -- An analysis of property values reveals new insight about the real estate market on Chicago's South Side, which is also home to some of the city's largest new development plans.

I'm sure it is. Because the property is so run down and the areas are crime infested, that they practically giving away homes to anyone who wants to risk their family & businesses safety. Selling the American dream with smoke and mirrors.

With over 5 shootings downtown in just the last week, I wonder why?
