According to Marcello’s plea agreement, he agreed to provide his Social Security information to Ruth, who submitted the fraudulent work history on his behalf. Government argues 'pay our beneficiaries more, because we don't know why- but inflation is occouring' The state clearly is greater than the people it allegedly represents.
