Chef Tom Colicchio says coronavirus government relief package 'doesn't really work' for restaurants

we are going to have to figure out what the new rules of the game will be when we reopen. If and when restaurants and bars re-open.... what will the seating be like? Etc. How will they continue to protect their staff... all sorts of things to be thinking about now for then.
