Actress Charlize Theron opens up about portraying her "Bombshell" character Megyn Kelly on "The View," Dec. 17, 2019. "That's something that women who are victims of sexual harassment face every single day. The risk of what they're going to lose is so great," Theron said."When people say to me, 'Why do you believe women so easily? Women have nothing to gain.' Look back, women are the ones who lose everything.
"Watching this picture was an incredibly emotional experience for me, and for those with whom I saw it. Sexual harassment is pervasive in this country; it can leave scars that do not heal," she continued."My heart goes out to those who’ve gone through it, who I hope might find some comfort in this story."

1/2It’s so sad that this happens. Women coming forward about being sexually abused and they are looked at at the villain. “What did we do to make the man do this to us?” I confronted my abuser this past year, and I was shocked at all the animosity towards me, like I wanted it.
