Bosa acknowledged that the heat of the game got him when he lost frustration over what he thought were multiple missed holding calls, but he still thinks the officials need to be more accountable.
The Chargers were called for seven penalties in the game, while Jacksonville was only called for three.
He obviously doesn't get it.
Pissbaby of the year
Please. The refs spotted the chargers a huge lead through no calls on his defense. Please. Quit cryin.
jbbigbear hey bub, the refs didn’t give up 24 points in the second half... What about all the PI calls on y’all they ignored? One was clearly a PI on Engram in the end zone and their were several other PI and holdings that were missed. Just play the game and be better.
I mean, to a point he’s not wrong. The NFL has the audio of what he said to the ref, whether it will be released or not is a different story
He's right. Bad officials almost always have rabbit ears. They know they screwed up and instead of owning or correcting it, they go after the guy calling them out.
How about play better defense and don't blow a 27 point lead.
what the NFL needs is for an entire team to walk off the field and leave the stadium. THEN they will stop making bad calls to help out teams
Bosa is such a fucking baby lmao take the L and watch from home. Enjoy the fine and time off loser
I’m with you, Joey! They need to be fined or suspended for their actions.
And that is the way it should be. Let the higher ups do the complaining.
Magat on magat crimes
Yea, Joey, that's how refs chill after a game. Tell me you're an immature primadonna...
This is loser's mentality. I'm tired of this guy blaming the refs when his team GAVE UP A 27 POINT LEAD. What did the refs have to do with that? Both fans and players need to get over this shit. One call doesn't ruin a game, and there is always something you can do to win.
Cry baby 😭
As a saints fan I know it sucks
Baby back bitch
😢😢😢
funny cause the chargers got away with an awful lot
Bosa hits it right on the.....uh....nose.
Blows a 27 point lead and blames the refs… It’s especially ridiculous considering the Chargers got a lot of breaks from the refs.
Blaming the refs for giving up 24 in the second half is hilarious.
he's right
1) you all blew a 27 point lead and the audacity to blame someone else for that is stunning, and 2) you’re the one that spiked your helmet on the field and got yourself 15 yards, it’s not someone else’s problem when you mess up
So, Nick Bosa is aware that the complaining should happen in the locker room and not in public.
Dudes team got spotted 27 points between the Jags and refs, held, interfered and were offsides all night with zero repercussions, and then he throws a tantrum that pulls the last nail in the coffin because a few calls didn't go his way. What an absolute child.
You have a 20 point lead and still can’t get to Trevorlawrencee the whole second half…..jawaan_taylor74 made him a non factor and he’s not happy about it….. cancunon3joey
What a baby. One call didn’t account for their utter collapse.
Yeah, losers wine about the refs when their team blows a 27 pt lead.
NFL Officiating is bad. But they are human. Bosa makes mistakes on the field. So do the officials. I don't think it's personal
Cry more
I agree with jbbigbear NFLOfficiating needs to be held accountable. It wasn't just the Chargers/Jags game...it was every game Wild Card Weekend. (And all season)
EvelDick TeetMe
The play before that involved an obvious pass interference that wasn’t called so shit balanced out.
Cry baby, baby back bitch
🤡🤡
Officials should have to talk to media just like coaches and players after the game. Why are they untouchable, they get paid, be accountable.
theMMQB He's absolutely right about the lack of accountability, but it's no excuse for how he acted. This is a playoff game and you're hardly a rookie. It's not like you'd never had to deal with bad calls before
Hahaha what a loser!!!
He’s not wrong about the refs being absolute trash this year….but also - maybe having this take after blowing a 27pt lead isn’t the best timing
McClain_on_NFL So true
Always 2 sides to a story, but he’s not wrong that refs need to be held accountable. They’re not, and it’s showing across all sports.
theMMQB Lay off the roids, Bro
But what actually happened…what exactly was said to the ref that had him go after Bosa? There has to be some audio/video of this. Had to be pretty bad if the ref chased him to the sideline to then throw the flag. Inquiring minds…
He’s right about one thing, he is a loser
He has a point, the NFL doesnt hold them accountable
Your team blew a 27-0 lead and you hurt your team with a stupid penalty but, sure, it was those big fat meanie refs that cost you the game.
Expect nothing less from a Bosa brother
Wait I’m confused. Did one call give up 24 second half points?
Had his chance to avoid all of this when they were up 27-0.
He ain’t wrong. The refs are guaranteed at least one game changing blown call just about every game.
You ARE a loser, Joe Blow. Your immaturity cost your team the game. Stop trying to blame others who can handle their jobs.
💯
He needs to just sit this one out
This comparison would make sense if you were fined $40,000 for missing a tackle.
i think he should worry about not blowing a 27 point lead in the playoffs.
That’ll be $40k sir
This is going to be a suspension of some sort
So, he was good with the officiating when they completely missed DPI call on the Samuel interception, when he mugged the receiver 10 yards downfield. It also didn't seem like it was actually a hold on the play he went ballistic on. Don't blow 27 point leads and blame others
I think he’s on to something. We never hear about crappy officiating from the league. NFL NFLOfficiating
Poor Joey. Always the victim. Stop the steal you guys!
Talk about lacking accountability. The most important person the world just tweeted who is always correct and any penalty on him that costs his team is not his fault.
I agree with Bosa, players work their asses off all year to have some guy make a ridiculous call and ruin the game. Sure there are other plays that they could’ve made but how is it fair that this guy gets a 40k fine? Players/coaches also rarely get penalized for yelling at refs.
More players need to speak out and the NFLPA needs to back them up. Make officials full time employees of the NFL. Have mandatory off season training and testing for them. It’s never going to be perfect, but the NFL has the juice to make this happen.
Poor guy
And your throwing of your helmet got the Jags where they went in from the 1
theMMQB Same guy who collects checks to not play is complaining about fines
Mr. Bosa, The Gene Upshaw Player Assistance Trust thanks you for your generous contribution.
He’s not wrong
He’s not lying… Without more of a chance to review a bad call or a missed call, there is no accountability at all. I know the CFL needs to work on their review process but at least they are trying something. Sometimes the missed call is way more important than the blown call.
Get him a whaa burger and some French cries
He sounds brilliant
Refs aren’t the only ones lacking accountability. Did anyone ask him about his reaction costing his team the game?
theMMQB Dude is too emotional and lacks the ability to act rationally.
theMMQB This is some mental gymnastics. Shows he wasn’t really for the playoffs.
theMMQB What a unique pov for a player
If he thinks one call lost them that game, he has some issues. They blew a 27 point lead. Coaching lost that game.
Bosa is a beast!!!!! Boltup
I'm thinking he needs a Dale Carnegie course and fast.
