Confirmed: Global floods, droughts worsening with warming

Distortion of the water cycle, particularly of its extremes , will be among the most conspicuous consequences of climate change. Here we applied a novel approach with terrestrial water storage observations from the GRACE and GRACE-FO satellites to delineate and characterize 1,056 extreme events during 2002–2021. Dwarfing all other events was an ongoing pluvial that began in 2019 and engulfed central Africa.

Total intensity of extreme events was strongly correlated with global mean temperature, more so than with the El Niño Southern Oscillation or other climate indicators, suggesting that continued warming of the planet will cause more frequent, more severe, longer and/or larger droughts and pluvials.

Climate Change is God Denialism Empire of Atheism is the only way.

Except in California where the drought seems to be comming to an abrupt end. It's just weather. Despite what you have been told there has been weather for many millions of years.

My gosh your page is becoming severely anti science

I'll follow you guys again once you've taken a class on physics...

Nevada lawmakers could grant water authority power to limit Las Vegas residents' water usageIf approved, the 'worst case scenario' plan would make Nevada the first state to give a water agency legal jurisdiction over the amount of residential use. It wasn't to long ago I read something about how people are looking to own the water supply. This is sad that lawmakers are considering this. Their job isn't to control us. Nothing about the feds is supposed to be “sweeping”. It’s supposed to be limited government. Dems hate that because they love tyranny.

Molecular sensing of mechano- and ligand-dependent adhesion GPCR dissociation - NatureA technique to detect the release of N-terminal fragments of Drosophila adhesion G-protein-coupled receptors (aGPCRs) provides insight into the dissociation of aGPCRs, and shows that receptor autoproteolysis enables non-cell-autonomous activity of aGPCRs in the brain.

Autoregulation of GPCR signalling through the third intracellular loop - NatureBiochemical and molecular dynamics studies show that the third intracellular loop of G protein-coupled receptors autoregulates the receptor activity and tunes the signalling specificity by controlling access to the G protein-binding site.
