Cedar Park vape shop aggravated robbery leads to arrest of 20 Georgia gang members

A total of 20 criminal street gang members and associates were arrested, including Ashton Patrick George , 17, of Decatur , Georgia , Brandon Lovett Thomas , 31, of Brookhaven , Georgia , Jakai Tyere Lewis , 18, of Stone Mountain, Georgia , and John Ben Frazier , 19, of Decatur , Georgia , who were involved in the Cedar Park aggravated robbery on March 14, 2024. An investigation that started in Cedar Park led to the arrest of 20 gang members in Georgia last week.

Upon arrival, the victim stated that earlier in the day he was attending an event in Austin when several men approached him and asked about buying "exotic flowers." He agreed to take the men to his vape shop, Black Rock Vape. Throughout the investigation, the suspects were identified and led the detectives to a location in Georgia, where they learned the suspects were affiliated with a gang in the Georgia area.Members of the Major Crimes Unit traveled to Georgia and worked with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Gang Task Force, the Dekalb County Police Department, ATF Georgia, and Cedar Park detectives in the investigation.
