“It was one fight here, then another fight here, and then more fighting here,” Powell said. “People getting grabbed here.”“St. Patrick’s Day is like a drink fest for everybody,” Powell said. “I don’t know what fuels people but some people can handle it, some people can’t and then that’s just what happens.”“I feel like the law enforcement they did a good job during it with what they needed to do,” Powell said.
