I wonder if it was a good opportunity to learn tough Japanese judiciary

Carlos Ghosn has revived ailing Nissan Motors and become top auto firm in the world and Japanese have one habit that they do not want see non Japanese out perform and taking away credits and pity Carlos in tangle of jealous Japanese to destroy his reputation .

This is pure rubbish. As if this vast global company had no governance in place to catch these little details of personal investment losses from 2008 or recent deferred compensation misreporting. Give me a break. This is pure corruption and collusion with Japanese authorities

I sincerely hope Nissan board member heads will roll because of this, Renault owns 43% of the shares in Nissan, as far as I know. As so they should in theory be able to call the shots here. I smell a stinking rat.

Dee Kelly says her husband was caught up in a plot by Nissan CEO Saikawa to seize control of the car maker from Carlos Ghosn I THINK THAT IS TRUE

I feel suicide coming in the headlines soon.
